தேடு பொறியிலும், அதன் பெயர்களை தேடிய போது
வந்த ரிசல்ட் இதுதான்.இப்போது நீங்களே முடிவு
செய்யுங்கள் .. எது சிறந்தது என்று ....

மைக்ரோசாப்ட் இயங்குதளமான XP-இன் Support-ஐ 2014
ஆண்டுவாக்கில் முற்றிலுமாக நிறுத்த திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
அது 2007 ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளியிட்ட விஸ்டா , மிக பெரிய
பின்னடைவை சந்தித்தது.அதனால் அதற்கு மாற்றாக
Windows 7 எனும் புதிய இயங்கு தளத்தை இந்த ஆண்டு
October மாதம் நிறுவ உள்ளது. இப்போது அது இலவசமாக
கிடைக்கின்றது .நாம் தரவிறக்கம் செய்து சோதித்து பார்க்கலாம் .
Windows 7 தரவிறக்க சொடுக்குங்கள்....



சில விண்டோஸ் 7 Shortcut keys:

1. Win + UP Arrow --> Maximize the current window
2. Win + Down Arrow--> Restore down or minimize current windows

ScreenSaver - Login செய்வதை தவிர்ப்பது எப்படி ?

கணினியில் நாம் ஆர்வமாக ஏதாவது படித்துக்
கொண்டிருக்கும்போது அல்லது வேறு வேலைகளை
செய்யும்போது Windows ScreenSaver செயல்படத் துவங்கிவிடும்.
இதனால் மீண்டும் நாம் Login செய்ய வேண்டி இருக்கும் .

இதை தவிர்ப்பது எப்படி ?

இதை நீங்கள் தவிர்க்கலாம்.....

On resume,display logon screen என்பதனை uncheck செய்திடுங்கள்.
அவ்வளவுதான் ,இனி Screen Saver வந்தால் Login செய்யும்
தொல்லை இல்லை.;)

நீங்கள் Screen Saver நேரத்தையும் மாற்றி அமைக்கலாம்,
Wait பக்கத்தில் உள்ள textbox-ல் உங்கள் தேவைக்கேற்ப
20,30 அல்லது 60 என மாற்றி கொள்ளவும்.

SMS மூலம் Gmail Password Recovery ...

கடவுச்சொல்லை எளிதில் மறக்க மாட்டோம்.
ஆனால் மறந்து விட்டால் என்ன செய்வது ?
நமது கடவுச்சொல்லை மீட்டு எடுக்க ,பொதுவாக நாம்
Secondary Email அல்லது Security Question வசதியை உபயோகிப்போம்.

1.Login into Gmail then Settings-->Accounts-->Google Account Settings



Click Change password recovery options



2. மேலே படத்தில் உள்ளது போல் Email,SMS matrum
Security question ஆகியவற்றை பூர்த்தி செய்யவும்.
பின்பு Save பட்டனை கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

அவ்வளவுதான் ,சிம்பிள் now you are safe ,you have three options to recover your
password ...;)

SMS பயன் என்ன ?
உங்கள் Secondary Email-இன் கடவுச்சொல்லும்
இதுவும் வேறாக இருந்தால் பராவயில்லை ,
இரண்டும் ஒன்றாக இருந்தால் நம் கதி அதோ கதிதான்.

நாம் security question Answer-ஐ மறக்கவும் வாய்ப்பு அதிகம்
அதனால் Gmail Account-ஐ பாதுகாக்க நாம் SMS மூலம்
கடவுச்சொல் திரும்ப பெறுவது எப்படி
என்று தெரிந்து கொள்வது அவசியம்.

இதன் மூலம் நீங்கள் எதை மறந்தாலும் கவலை
கொள்ள தேவைஇல்லை ,உங்கள் Gmail Account
கடவுச்சொல்லை திரும்ப பெற உங்கள் mobile (SMS மூலம் )
கை கொடுக்கும் .

Gmail Filter என்றால் என்ன ?

உங்களுக்கு வரும் Email-களை நிர்வகிக்கும் முறை
தான் Filter எனப்படுவது. இந்த வசதி மூலம் உங்கள்
நேரத்தையும் அதே நேரம் உங்கள் Email-களை நன்றாக
நிர்வகிக்கலாம்.சில நிமிடங்கள் செலவு செய்து
பல மணி நேரத்தை சேமிக்கலாம்.

இந்த வசதியை எப்படி உருவாக்குவது என்று பார்ப்போம் ....

1.இதற்கு முதலில் நீங்கள் label- ஐ உருவாக்க வேண்டும்.
Label என்பது 3in1 ,நீங்கள் அதை Folder ஆகவும்
இல்லை label ஆகவும் இல்லை இரண்டுமாகவும்
உபயோகம் செய்யலாம்...

உங்கள் Gmail-இன்உள்ளே இடதுபுறம் scroll செய்து
பாருங்கள். அங்கே Labels என்று இருக்கும் ,
Create New label பட்டனை கிளிக் செய்து உங்களுக்கு
தேவையான பெயரில் label உருவாக்கி கொள்ளுங்கள் ...











2.இப்போது இரண்டாவது நிலை
Click Settings --> Filters -->Create a new filter






3.இப்போது உங்களுக்கு தேவையான மாதிரி
Filter-களை உருவாக்கலாம்.இங்கே நான் Subject
மற்றும் From Address மூலம் எப்படி உருவாக்குவது
என்று விளக்கி இருக்கிறேன் .உங்கள் தேவைக்கேற்ப
To,Has the words,Doesn't have,Have Attachment?
இப்படி எதில் வேண்டுமானால் உங்கள் email-ஐ
Filter செய்யலாம்.

நீங்கள் உருவாக்கிய Filter சரியாக உள்ளதா என
சோதித்து பார்க்க Test Search கிளிக் செய்யுங்கள்.
நீங்கள் எதிர்பார்த்த result இல்லையெனில்
Filter-ஐ சரி பார்க்கவும். சரியாக இருந்தால்
Next Step கிளிக் செய்யவும்.

4.இப்போது அந்த குறிப்பிட்ட email-க்கு உங்களுக்கு
வேண்டிய label select செய்யுங்கள் .நான் இங்கே
Skip the Inbox(Archive it) Select செய்து உள்ளேன் ,
அதனால் "கிராமத்து பையன்" என்று Subject-இல்
இருக்கும் எந்த மின்னஞ்சலும் இனி Inbox க்கு
போகாது,அது Gramathan Folder(label)-க்கு செல்லும்.
அதே போல் friend1@gmail.com and friend1@gmail.com
From Address-இல் இருந்தால் ,அது
My-best-Friends Folder -க்கு செல்லும் .....

இதனால் நமக்கு என்ன பயன்?

நமக்கு தினம் நூறு Mail வருகிறது என்று வைத்து
கொள்வோம்,அதில் நமக்கு முக்கியமான Mail எங்கே
